Nikki
Hi, I’m Nikki and I have the privilege of being Creswick Pre-School Leader!!
I have worked at Creswick Pre-School since 2008. I started as Team Support before becoming a Key Person in 2009 and in August 2017, I became Pre-School Leader. I work with an exceptional team who are passionate, hardworking and want the very best for the children in our care. My role is to lead this wonderful team and to give them the opportunities to extend their learning with courses that interest them i.e. TLDW, Forest School, Autism, Challenging Behaviour. We are an extremely close team and I feel this is what makes us unique, I hope that when families attend the Pre-School, they can see this. In February 2019, we were graded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, which we were delighted with as it shows how dedicated we are to the children and the Pre-School. I am extremely proud of the team and the achievements we have made since 2017.
Aside from Pre-School, I’ve lived within the WGC area all my life. My husband, Rick and I have been together since 2002 and we have 2 gorgeous children – Millie and Jack, and not forgetting our dog, Bailey!! My family and friends mean the world to me and if I’m not busy working, you will find me spending time with them.
