Tayler
Hello, I’m Tayler and I’m the youngest member of the team! I’ve been a student at Pre-School since I was 16, whilst doing both my Level 2 and 3, and well…13 years later I guess I’m still here! I’ve been Red Group’s Key Person for 10 years now and I enjoy every minute of it. I was brought up in North London as a young child, I could see Highbury Football stadium from my house, as an Arsenal fan that was amazing, but have spent most of my life here in Welwyn Garden City with my Mum, Dad and older brother. I love animals and currently have a dog and a cat; they are my babies!! I didn’t really know what I wanted to do when I left school, but I have always loved children, so I looked into my Level 2 course and loved the sound of it. I then went on to do my Level 3 and I finished my Level 4 at the start of 2023.
I love the girls I work with here at Pre-School, we are more than just colleagues were are genuinely close friends and I do believe that’s what makes the vibe in the room here so fab. I love being a part of a wonderful, dynamic group of individuals, we are all so different and bounce of each other and I think that just makes Pre-School work!
I love being a Key Person, caring for that child from day one and watching them grow and flourish into the most amazing, independent children when they leave. It’s so rewarding knowing that you have been a part of that progress.
